Herald Fox stores only what it needs to run the desks and answer a service inquiry: feed metadata, headlines and links, aggregated usage counts, and the messages you choose to send. We do not sell personal data. We store a hashed network identifier, a hashed device identifier, campaign parameters, and a coarse country code when the network edge provides one, to prevent abuse and measure aggregate interest; we do not store raw IP addresses. An inquiry is read by us, and is not sold or shared with a partner unless you ask for an introduction.
